At The Meat Tee Shirt Company, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- To initiate a return, email our support team at themeatteeshirtco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item
- We DO NOT do returns simply because you changed your mind. We are a print-on-demand business. Any garment you purchase is printed specifically for you, SO double check the sizing chart before ordering. We do not hold items in stock.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Custom & Personalised Orders
- Due to the unique nature of custom orders, including personalised designs or specific requests, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Please review your custom order carefully before placing it to ensure accuracy.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges if stock is available. Contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange.
- We do not exchange or provide refunds and returns on any custom orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
